Carrot Soup of Moro

Ingredients:

1 liter of water

500 g of carrots

3 g of salt (a little more than 1/2 teaspoon)

The soup needs to be cooked for 90 minutes. In the original recipe, the carrots are pureed, but I prefer to eat them as they are and drink the cooled broth.

Since carrots contain not only sugar but also potassium, this soup can help replenish potassium levels.
